2. Das Wichtigste zuerst

Dogion ist bewusst so gebaut, dass deine Daten deine bleiben:

• Es gibt keinen Server und kein Benutzerkonto. Die App funktioniert vollständig offline.
• Es gibt keine Analyse-, Werbe- oder Tracking-Dienste und keine SDKs von Drittanbietern.
• Alle Inhalte werden ausschließlich lokal auf deinem Gerät gespeichert. Sie werden zu keinem Zeitpunkt an mich oder Dritte übertragen.

3. Welche Daten die App lokal verarbeitet

Damit Dogion seinen Zweck erfüllen kann — den Alltag deines Hundes zu begleiten und festzuhalten — verarbeitet die App folgende Daten lokal auf deinem Gerät:

• Hundeprofil: Name, Rasse oder Mischung aus zwei Rassen, Geburtstag oder ungefähres Alter, Einzugsdatum, Gewicht, Wesenszüge, was dein Hund beherrscht, Freitext, ein Profilfoto und optionale Feinabstimmungen (Bewegung, Kopfarbeit, Größe, Kurznase) — soweit du sie angibst.
• Momente: deine Einträge mit Zeitpunkt, Kategorien, Titel, Notizen, optionaler Distanz und Dauer, optionaler Stimmung deines Hundes und Fotos samt deren Aufnahmezeit und -ort, falls im Foto vorhanden; dazu Titelvorlagen, die du selbst speicherst.
• Einstellungen: z. B. Darstellung, Erinnerungszeit, ob die Runden-Erkennung an ist, und welche Vorschläge aus Apple Health du verworfen hast (siehe Abschnitt 4).

Rechtsgrundlage ist die Bereitstellung der von dir gewünschten Funktionen (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO). Eine Übermittlung an den Verantwortlichen findet nicht statt — die Daten verlassen dein Gerät nicht.

4. Apple Health

Wenn du die Runden-Erkennung einschaltest, fragt Dogion deine Erlaubnis an, lesend auf deine Trainings in Apple Health zuzugreifen. Dabei gilt:

• Was gelesen wird: nur Trainings der Arten „Gehen“ und „Wandern“ von heute und gestern, jeweils Beginn, Ende, Dauer, zurückgelegte Distanz und die Kennung des Trainings. Kürzere Trainings als zehn Minuten werden ignoriert. Andere Gesundheitsdaten liest Dogion nicht. iOS fragt dabei nach der Freigabe für „Trainings“ als Ganzes; Dogion liest davon nur Gehen und Wandern.
• Wozu: Dogion bietet dir ein erkanntes Training auf „Heute“ als Runde mit deinem Hund an. Nichts wird automatisch übernommen — du entscheidest bei jedem Vorschlag.
• Was gespeichert wird: Übernimmst du einen Vorschlag, speichert Dogion im Moment den Tag und die Uhrzeit, die Dauer, die Distanz und die Kennung des Trainings — damit es nicht doppelt angeboten wird. Diese Angaben bleiben, bis du den Moment löschst, auch wenn du den Zugriff auf Apple Health später entziehst. Verwirfst du einen Vorschlag, merkt sich die App lokal nur dessen Kennung.
• Der Zugriff erfolgt nur, wenn du ihn in iOS erlaubst, und ist rein lesend — Dogion schreibt nichts in Apple Health. Soweit die DSGVO hier anwendbar ist, ist diese Erlaubnis deine ausdrückliche Einwilligung (Art. 9 Abs. 2 lit. a DSGVO), die du jederzeit widerrufen kannst.
• Gelesene und gespeicherte Daten bleiben ausschließlich auf deinem Gerät. Dogion speichert keine Gesundheitsdaten in iCloud (kein CloudKit, kein iCloud Drive); wie alle App-Daten können sie Teil deines eigenen Geräte-Backups sein.
• Daten aus Apple Health werden niemals an Dritte weitergegeben, nicht zu Werbezwecken genutzt und nicht verkauft.
• Widerruf: Schaltest du die Runden-Erkennung in der App aus, liest Dogion nichts mehr. Die Berechtigung selbst entziehst du jederzeit unter iOS-Einstellungen → Datenschutz & Sicherheit → Health → Dogion.

5. Fotos

Fotos wählst du über den systemeigenen Foto-Picker von iOS aus. Dogion erhält dabei nur Zugriff auf die konkret ausgewählten Bilder — nicht auf deine Fotomediathek. Ausgewählte Fotos werden verkleinert und lokal im Speicherbereich der App abgelegt. Hat ein Foto einen Aufnahmezeitpunkt und einen Aufnahmeort (GPS-Koordinaten) gespeichert, übernimmt Dogion diese beiden Angaben getrennt vom Bild in den Moment — ebenfalls nur auf deinem Gerät. Sie bleiben ungenutzt auf dem Gerät, bis eine spätere Version Momente nach Ort und Zeit ordnet. Dogion fragt dafür nicht nach deinem Standort; die Angaben stammen allein aus dem Foto. Im Foto-Picker von iOS kannst du unter „Optionen“ den Ort vor dem Hinzufügen entfernen.

6. Mitteilungen

Erinnerungen sind rein lokale Mitteilungen, die dein Gerät selbst plant. Es gibt keine Push-Server. Die Berechtigung kannst du jederzeit in den iOS-Einstellungen entziehen.

7. Speicherung, Backup und Löschung

• Alle Daten liegen im geschützten Speicherbereich der App auf deinem Gerät, bis du sie löschst.
• Sie können Teil deines eigenen Geräte-Backups sein (iCloud-Backup oder Backup auf einem Computer). Dieses Backup läuft über dein Apple-Konto bzw. deinen Computer und unterliegt den Datenschutzbestimmungen von Apple; ich habe darauf keinen Zugriff. In den iCloud-Einstellungen deines Geräts kannst du Dogion vom iCloud-Backup ausnehmen.
• Löschen: Einzelne Momente, Fotos in Momenten und Titelvorlagen löschst du direkt in der App. Das Hundeprofil samt Profilfoto kannst du in der App ändern oder ersetzen; vollständig entfernst du es — zusammen mit allen übrigen Daten — indem du die App löschst. Kopien in bereits bestehenden Backups bleiben erhalten, bis diese Backups gelöscht oder überschrieben werden.

8. Keine Weitergabe, keine Drittanbieter

Die App Dogion übermittelt keine personenbezogenen Daten an mich oder an Dritte. Sie bindet keine externen Dienste, Analysewerkzeuge oder Werbenetzwerke ein.

9. Diese Website

Diese Website (dogion.app; dogion.de leitet dorthin weiter) wird über Cloudflare betrieben (Cloudflare Pages): Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Wenn du sie aufrufst, verarbeitet Cloudflare technisch notwendige Zugriffsdaten: deine IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit, die aufgerufene Seite und die Kennung deines Browsers. Das dient der Auslieferung der Seiten und dem sicheren, stabilen Betrieb, etwa der Abwehr von Angriffen (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Cloudflare speichert diese Daten nur so lange, wie es dafür nötig ist; ich selbst werte sie nicht aus und habe keine Protokolle mit IP-Adressen.

Mit Cloudflare besteht ein Vertrag über die Auftragsverarbeitung (Art. 28 DSGVO); er ist Teil der Nutzungsbedingungen von Cloudflare. Dabei können Daten in die USA übermittelt werden. Cloudflare ist unter dem EU-US Data Privacy Framework zertifiziert; für die Übermittlung gilt damit der Angemessenheitsbeschluss der EU-Kommission (Art. 45 DSGVO), ergänzend die Standardvertragsklauseln.

Die Website lädt keine externen Schriften oder Skripte und nutzt keine Analyse- oder Tracking-Dienste. Sie selbst setzt keine Cookies. Nur wenn Cloudflare eine Anfrage als möglicherweise schädlich prüft, kann es ein kurzlebiges, technisch notwendiges Sicherheits-Cookie setzen.

10. Kontakt per E-Mail

Wenn du mir schreibst, verarbeite ich deine E-Mail-Adresse und den Inhalt deiner Nachricht, um dir zu antworten (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b bzw. f DSGVO). Mein Postfach liegt bei Apple (iCloud Mail). Ich lösche die Nachricht, wenn dein Anliegen erledigt ist und keine gesetzliche Aufbewahrungspflicht besteht.

11. Deine Rechte

Dir stehen die Rechte aus Art. 15–21 DSGVO zu (Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung, Datenübertragbarkeit, Widerspruch). Aus der App erhalte ich keine Daten — bei mir gibt es dazu also nichts, worüber ich Auskunft geben oder was ich berichtigen oder löschen könnte. Deine Momente siehst, änderst und löschst du direkt in der App. Einen Export bietet Dogion derzeit nicht an. Für Fragen, auch zu Daten aus E-Mails an mich, erreichst du mich unter der oben genannten E-Mail-Adresse.

Du hast zudem das Recht, dich bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde zu beschweren. Für mich zuständig ist der Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg.

12. Kinder

Dogion richtet sich an ein allgemeines Publikum und erhebt keinerlei Daten über seine Nutzerinnen und Nutzer — auch nicht über Kinder.

13. Änderungen

Sollte sich der Funktionsumfang der App ändern (z. B. durch eine optionale Familien-Freigabe in einer künftigen Version), passe ich diese Erklärung an und weise in der App darauf hin. Die jeweils aktuelle Fassung findest du unter dieser Adresse.

1. Controller

2. The essentials

• There is no server and no user account. The app works fully offline.
• There are no analytics, advertising or tracking services and no third-party SDKs.
• All content is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to me or to anyone else.

3. Data the app processes locally

• Dog profile: name, breed or mix of two breeds, birthday or approximate age, adoption date, weight, personality traits, what your dog can do, free text, a profile photo and optional fine-tuning (movement, mental work, size, flat face) — as far as you provide them.
• Moments: your entries with timestamp, tags, title, notes, optional distance and duration, your dog's optional mood and photos with the time and place they were taken, where the photo holds them; plus title presets you save yourself.
• Settings: e.g. appearance, reminder time, whether walk detection is on, and which Apple Health suggestions you dismissed (see section 4).

The legal basis is the provision of the features you request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). No data is transmitted to the controller — it never leaves your device.

4. Apple Health

If you turn on walk detection, Dogion asks for your permission to read your workouts in Apple Health. The following applies:

• What is read: only workouts of the types “Walking” and “Hiking” from today and yesterday — start, end, duration, distance covered and the workout's identifier. Workouts shorter than ten minutes are ignored. Dogion reads no other health data. iOS asks for access to “Workouts” as a whole; of these, Dogion reads only walking and hiking.
• What for: Dogion offers a detected workout on Today as a walk with your dog. Nothing is added automatically — you decide for each suggestion.
• What is stored: if you keep a suggestion, Dogion stores the day and time, duration, distance and the workout's identifier in the moment, so it is never offered twice. These values stay until you delete the moment, even if you later revoke Apple Health access. If you dismiss a suggestion, the app only remembers its identifier locally.
• Access happens only if you allow it in iOS and is read-only — Dogion never writes to Apple Health. Insofar as the GDPR applies, this permission is your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
• Data that is read or stored stays on your device only. Dogion stores no health data in iCloud (no CloudKit, no iCloud Drive); like all app data, it may be part of your own device backup.
• Data from Apple Health is never shared with third parties, never used for advertising and never sold.
• Revoking: turning off walk detection in the app stops all reading. You can revoke the permission itself at any time under iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Dogion.

5. Photos

You choose photos through the iOS system photo picker. Dogion only receives the images you actually select — never your photo library. Selected photos are resized and stored inside the app's storage. When a photo carries the time and place it was taken (GPS coordinates), Dogion keeps those two details with the moment, separate from the image and only on your device, so moments can later be grouped by place and time. Dogion never asks for your location; the details come from the photo alone. In the iOS photo picker you can remove the location under “Options” before adding a photo.

6. Notifications

Reminders are purely local notifications scheduled by your device itself. There are no push servers. You can revoke the permission at any time in iOS Settings.

7. Storage, backup and deletion

• All data lives in the app's protected storage on your device until you delete it.
• It may be part of your own device backup (iCloud backup or a backup on a computer). That backup runs through your Apple account or your computer and is governed by Apple's privacy terms; I have no access to it. In your device's iCloud settings you can exclude Dogion from iCloud backup.
• Deletion: delete individual moments, photos in moments and title presets directly in the app. You can change or replace the dog profile and its photo in the app; to remove it completely — together with all other data — delete the app. Copies in existing backups remain until those backups are deleted or overwritten.

8. No sharing, no third parties

The Dogion app does not transmit personal data to me or to third parties. It embeds no external services, analytics tools or ad networks.

9. This website

This website (dogion.app; dogion.de redirects there) is run through Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages): Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit it, Cloudflare processes technically necessary access data: your IP address, date and time, the page requested and your browser's identifier. This serves delivering the pages and their secure, stable operation, such as fending off attacks (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare keeps this data only as long as needed for that; I do not analyse it myself and hold no logs with IP addresses.

A data processing agreement with Cloudflare is in place (Art. 28 GDPR); it is part of Cloudflare's terms. Data may be transferred to the USA in the process. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, so the European Commission's adequacy decision applies to the transfer (Art. 45 GDPR), supplemented by the standard contractual clauses.

The website loads no external fonts or scripts and uses no analytics or tracking services. It sets no cookies itself. Only when Cloudflare checks a request as possibly harmful may it set a short-lived, technically necessary security cookie.

10. Contact by email

If you write to me, I process your email address and the content of your message in order to reply (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). My mailbox is provided by Apple (iCloud Mail). I delete the message once your request is resolved and no statutory retention period applies.

11. Your rights

You have the rights under Art. 15–21 GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection). I receive no data from the app, so there is nothing on my side to disclose, correct or delete. You see, change and delete your moments directly in the app. Dogion currently offers no export. For questions, including about data from emails you sent me, contact me at the email address above.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for me is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg.

12. Children

Dogion addresses a general audience and collects no data about its users — including children.

13. Changes

If the app's functionality changes (for example an optional family sharing feature in a future version), I will update this policy and point it out in the app. The current version is always available at this address.

4. App Salud (Apple Health)

Si activas la detección de paseos, Dogion te pide permiso para leer tus entrenamientos en la app Salud. Se aplica lo siguiente:

• Qué se lee: solo entrenamientos de los tipos «Caminar» y «Senderismo» de hoy y de ayer: inicio, fin, duración, distancia recorrida y el identificador del entrenamiento. Los entrenamientos de menos de diez minutos se ignoran. Dogion no lee ningún otro dato de salud. iOS pide acceso a los «Entrenamientos» en su conjunto; de ellos, Dogion solo lee los de caminar y senderismo.
• Para qué: Dogion te ofrece en Hoy un entrenamiento detectado como paseo con tu perro. Nada se añade automáticamente: tú decides en cada sugerencia.
• Qué se guarda: si aceptas una sugerencia, Dogion guarda en el momento el día y la hora, la duración, la distancia y el identificador del entrenamiento, para que nunca se ofrezca dos veces. Estos datos se conservan hasta que borres el momento, aunque más adelante retires el acceso a la app Salud. Si descartas una sugerencia, la app solo recuerda su identificador de forma local.
• El acceso se produce solo si lo permites en iOS y es de solo lectura: Dogion nunca escribe en la app Salud. En la medida en que sea aplicable el RGPD, este permiso constituye tu consentimiento explícito (art. 9, apdo. 2, letra a) del RGPD), que puedes retirar en cualquier momento.
• Los datos leídos o guardados permanecen solo en tu dispositivo. Dogion no guarda datos de salud en iCloud (ni CloudKit ni iCloud Drive); como todos los datos de la app, pueden formar parte de la copia de seguridad de tu propio dispositivo.
• Los datos de la app Salud nunca se comparten con terceros, nunca se usan con fines publicitarios y nunca se venden.
• Revocación: si desactivas la detección de paseos en la app, Dogion deja de leer cualquier dato. Puedes retirar el permiso en sí en cualquier momento en Ajustes de iOS → Privacidad y seguridad → Salud → Dogion.

5. Fotos

Eliges las fotos con el selector de fotos del sistema iOS. Dogion solo recibe las imágenes que seleccionas, nunca tu fototeca. Las fotos seleccionadas se reducen de tamaño y se guardan en el almacenamiento de la app. Cuando una foto contiene la hora y el lugar en que se tomó (coordenadas GPS), Dogion conserva esos dos datos junto con el momento, separados de la imagen y solo en tu dispositivo. Permanecen allí sin usarse hasta que una versión futura agrupe los momentos por lugar y fecha. Dogion nunca pide acceso a tu ubicación; los datos proceden únicamente de la foto. En el selector de fotos de iOS puedes eliminar la ubicación en «Opciones» antes de añadir una foto.

6. Notificaciones

Los recordatorios son únicamente notificaciones locales que programa tu propio dispositivo. No hay servidores push. Puedes retirar el permiso en cualquier momento en los Ajustes de iOS.

7. Almacenamiento, copia de seguridad y eliminación

• Todos los datos se guardan en el almacenamiento protegido de la app en tu dispositivo hasta que los borres.
• Pueden formar parte de la copia de seguridad de tu propio dispositivo (copia de seguridad de iCloud o copia en un Mac o PC). Esa copia se realiza a través de tu cuenta de Apple o de tu Mac o PC y se rige por las condiciones de privacidad de Apple; yo no tengo acceso a ella. En los ajustes de iCloud de tu dispositivo puedes excluir Dogion de la copia de seguridad de iCloud.
• Eliminación: los momentos individuales, las fotos de los momentos y las plantillas de título se borran directamente en la app. Puedes cambiar o sustituir el perfil del perro y su foto en la app; para eliminarlo por completo, junto con todos los demás datos, borra la app. Los datos contenidos en copias de seguridad ya existentes se conservan hasta que esas copias se borren o se sobrescriban.

8. Sin cesión de datos ni terceros

La app Dogion no transmite datos personales ni a mí ni a terceros. No integra servicios externos, herramientas de análisis ni redes publicitarias.

9. Este sitio web

Este sitio web (dogion.app; dogion.de redirige allí) funciona a través de Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages): Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Cuando lo visitas, Cloudflare trata datos de acceso técnicamente necesarios: tu dirección IP, la fecha y la hora, la página solicitada y el identificador de tu navegador. Esto sirve para entregar las páginas y garantizar su funcionamiento seguro y estable, por ejemplo para defenderse de ataques (art. 6, apdo. 1, letra f) del RGPD). Cloudflare conserva estos datos solo el tiempo necesario para ello; yo no los analizo y no guardo registros con direcciones IP.

Existe un contrato de encargo del tratamiento con Cloudflare (art. 28 del RGPD), que forma parte de las condiciones de Cloudflare. En este contexto, los datos pueden transferirse a EE. UU. Cloudflare está certificada conforme al Marco de Privacidad de Datos UE-EE. UU. (EU-US Data Privacy Framework), por lo que a la transferencia se aplica la decisión de adecuación de la Comisión Europea (art. 45 del RGPD), complementada por las cláusulas contractuales tipo.

El sitio web no carga fuentes ni scripts externos y no utiliza servicios de análisis ni de seguimiento. Por sí mismo no instala cookies. Solo cuando Cloudflare comprueba una solicitud que podría ser maliciosa puede instalar una cookie de seguridad de corta duración y técnicamente necesaria.

10. Contacto por correo electrónico

Si me escribes, trato tu dirección de correo electrónico y el contenido de tu mensaje para responderte (art. 6, apdo. 1, letra b) o f) del RGPD). Mi buzón lo proporciona Apple (iCloud Mail). Borro el mensaje una vez resuelta tu consulta, siempre que no exista una obligación legal de conservarlo.

11. Tus derechos

Tienes los derechos previstos en los arts. 15 a 21 del RGPD (acceso, rectificación, supresión, limitación del tratamiento, portabilidad de los datos y oposición). No recibo ningún dato de la app, así que por mi parte no hay nada que comunicar, rectificar o suprimir. Tus momentos los ves, cambias y borras directamente en la app. Por ahora, Dogion no ofrece ninguna exportación. Para cualquier pregunta, también sobre datos de correos que me hayas enviado, puedes escribirme a la dirección de correo electrónico indicada arriba.

También tienes derecho a presentar una reclamación ante una autoridad de control en materia de protección de datos. La autoridad competente en mi caso es el Comisionado de Protección de Datos y Libertad de Información del estado federado de Baden-Wurtemberg (Landesbeauftragter für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg).

12. Menores

Dogion se dirige a un público general y no recoge ningún dato sobre sus usuarios, tampoco sobre menores.

13. Cambios

3. アプリがデバイス内で処理するデータ

• 愛犬のプロフィール：名前、犬種または2つの犬種のミックス、誕生日またはおおよその年齢、家に迎えた日、体重、性格、できること、自由記述、プロフィール写真、任意の詳細設定（運動量、頭を使う活動、体の大きさ、短頭種かどうか）。いずれも、あなたが入力した範囲に限ります。
• ひととき：あなたの記録（日時、タグ、タイトル、メモ、任意の距離と時間、任意の愛犬の気分）と写真。写真に撮影日時と撮影場所が含まれている場合は、それらも対象となります。さらに、あなた自身が保存したタイトルのテンプレート。
• 設定：表示、リマインダーの時刻、散歩の自動検出のオン／オフ、却下したヘルスケアからの提案（第4項を参照）など。

法的根拠は、あなたが求める機能の提供です（GDPR第6条第1項(b)）。管理者へのデータ送信は行われず、データがデバイスの外に出ることはありません。

4. ヘルスケア（Apple Health）

散歩の自動検出をオンにすると、Dogionは「ヘルスケア」のワークアウトを読み取る許可を求めます。その際の取り扱いは次のとおりです。

• 読み取る内容：今日と昨日の「ウォーキング」と「ハイキング」のワークアウトのみで、開始時刻、終了時刻、時間、移動距離、ワークアウトの識別子に限ります。10分未満のワークアウトは無視されます。Dogionはそれ以外の健康データを読み取りません。iOSは「ワークアウト」全体へのアクセス許可を求めますが、Dogionが読み取るのはそのうちウォーキングとハイキングのみです。
• 目的：検出したワークアウトを、愛犬との散歩として「今日」で提案します。自動で追加されることはなく、提案ごとにあなたが判断します。
• 保存される内容：提案を採用した場合、Dogionは同じワークアウトが二度提案されないよう、日付と時刻、時間、距離、ワークアウトの識別子をそのひとときに保存します。これらの情報は、後でヘルスケアへのアクセスを取り消した場合でも、そのひとときを削除するまで残ります。提案を却下した場合、アプリはその識別子のみをデバイス内に記憶します。
• アクセスはあなたがiOSで許可した場合に限り行われ、読み取り専用です。Dogionがヘルスケアにデータを書き込むことはありません。GDPRが適用される範囲において、この許可はあなたの明示的な同意（GDPR第9条第2項(a)）にあたり、いつでも撤回できます。
• 読み取ったデータや保存したデータはお使いのデバイス内にのみとどまります。Dogionは健康データをiCloudに保存しません（CloudKitもiCloud Driveも使用しません）。ただし、ほかのアプリデータと同様に、あなた自身のデバイスのバックアップに含まれる場合があります。
• ヘルスケアのデータが第三者に提供されたり、広告に利用されたり、販売されたりすることは決してありません。
• 撤回：アプリで散歩の自動検出をオフにすると、読み取りはすべて停止します。許可そのものは、iOSの 設定 → プライバシーとセキュリティ → ヘルスケア → Dogion から、いつでも取り消せます。

5. 写真

写真はiOS標準の写真ピッカーで選択します。Dogionが受け取るのは実際に選択した画像だけで、写真ライブラリにアクセスすることはありません。選択した写真は縮小され、アプリの保存領域に保存されます。写真に撮影日時と撮影場所（GPS座標）が記録されている場合、Dogionはこの2つの情報を画像とは別にひとときに保存します。これもお使いのデバイス内に限られます。これらの情報は、将来のバージョンでひとときを場所と時間ごとにまとめられるようになるまで、使われないままデバイス内に残ります。Dogionが位置情報へのアクセスを求めることはなく、これらの情報は写真からのみ取得されます。iOSの写真ピッカーでは、写真を追加する前に「オプション」から位置情報を取り除くことができます。

6. 通知

リマインダーは、デバイス自身がスケジュールするローカル通知のみです。プッシュサーバーはありません。通知の許可は、iOSの設定からいつでも取り消せます。

7. 保存、バックアップ、削除

• すべてのデータは、あなたが削除するまで、デバイス上のアプリの保護された保存領域に保存されます。
• データはあなた自身のデバイスのバックアップ（iCloudバックアップまたはコンピュータ上のバックアップ）に含まれる場合があります。このバックアップはあなたのAppleアカウントまたはコンピュータを通じて行われ、Appleのプライバシーに関する規約が適用されます。私はこれにアクセスできません。デバイスのiCloud設定で、DogionをiCloudバックアップの対象から外すことができます。
• 削除：個々のひととき、ひとときの写真、タイトルのテンプレートは、アプリ内で直接削除できます。愛犬のプロフィールとプロフィール写真は、アプリ内で変更や差し替えができます。プロフィールを完全に削除するには、ほかのすべてのデータとともにアプリを削除してください。既存のバックアップに含まれるコピーは、そのバックアップが削除または上書きされるまで残ります。

8. 第三者への提供はありません

Dogionアプリは、個人データを私にも第三者にも送信しません。外部サービス、分析ツール、広告ネットワークは一切組み込んでいません。

9. このウェブサイト

このウェブサイト（dogion.app。dogion.deからも転送されます）は、Cloudflare（Cloudflare Pages）を通じて運営されています。運営元：Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA。ウェブサイトにアクセスすると、Cloudflareは技術的に必要なアクセスデータ（IPアドレス、日時、閲覧したページ、ブラウザの識別情報）を処理します。これはページの配信と、攻撃の防御など安全で安定した運用のためです（GDPR第6条第1項(f)）。Cloudflareはこれらのデータを、そのために必要な期間だけ保存します。私自身はこれを分析せず、IPアドレスを含むログも保持していません。

Cloudflareとはデータ処理契約（GDPR第28条）を締結しており、これはCloudflareの利用規約の一部となっています。その過程で、データが米国に移転される場合があります。CloudflareはEU-米国データプライバシーフレームワーク（EU-US Data Privacy Framework）の認証を受けているため、この移転には欧州委員会の十分性認定（GDPR第45条）が適用され、さらに標準契約条項によって補完されています。

このウェブサイトは外部のフォントやスクリプトを読み込まず、分析やトラッキングのサービスも使用していません。ウェブサイト自体はCookieを設定しません。Cloudflareがリクエストを有害な可能性があるものとして確認する場合に限り、短時間だけ有効な、技術的に必要なセキュリティ用Cookieが設定されることがあります。

10. メールでのお問い合わせ

メールをいただいた場合、返信のために、あなたのメールアドレスとメッセージの内容を処理します（GDPR第6条第1項(b)または(f)）。私のメールボックスはApple（iCloudメール）が提供しています。お問い合わせが解決し、法律上の保存義務がない場合は、メッセージを削除します。

11. あなたの権利

あなたにはGDPR第15条から第21条に基づく権利（アクセス、訂正、消去、処理の制限、データポータビリティ、異議）があります。私はアプリから一切データを受け取っていないため、私の側で開示、訂正、削除できるものはありません。ひとときの確認、変更、削除は、アプリ内で直接行えます。Dogionには現在、エクスポート機能はありません。ご質問は、私宛てのメールに関するデータについても含め、上記のメールアドレスまでお寄せください。

また、データ保護監督機関に苦情を申し立てる権利もあります。私を管轄するのは、バーデン＝ヴュルテンベルク州データ保護・情報自由監察官（Landesbeauftragter für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg）です。

12. お子さまについて

Dogionは一般の利用者を対象としており、利用者に関するデータを一切収集しません。お子さまについても同様です。

13. 変更について

アプリの機能が変わる場合（たとえば将来のバージョンで任意の家族共有機能が加わる場合）、本ポリシーを更新し、アプリ内でお知らせします。最新版は、いつでもこのアドレスでご覧いただけます。
